US Ski Team Creates a New Elite Development Pipeline

Many athletes and coaches view the week that includes May 1st as the first training week of the new year. It is the point when annual volume from 2007-8 is tallied, and new volume projections, goals, and training plans are launched for 2008-9. To help guide your planning, the US Ski Team created a new Elite Development Pipeline graphic that will soon be included in a tri-fold borchure. Andy Marquez - Centennial, CO, posted on May 02, 2008 This is a much needed step and will hopefully help bring additional unity a continuity to USSA XC junior development. I am definitely going to print out the PDF and keep it around for reference. Now, everybody that is associated with and supports USSA XC needs to continue or start putting this into action in a consistent manner.
